Michaella & Amelia
Emotional Garden Wedding at Mas Santo
Celtic rituals, sunflower joy, and a countryside embrace
Set in the peaceful surroundings of Mas Santo, Michaella & Amelia’s wedding was a heartfelt celebration of love, nature, and Celtic tradition. This Irish-American couple chose the Spanish countryside for their intimate destination wedding, blending relaxed Mediterranean charm with emotional depth and personal symbolism.
A Ceremony Rooted in Tradition
The day began with a quiet, tender first look in the villa’s lush gardens, where the couple shared a moment of calm before the ceremony. The highlight of the day was a Celtic handfasting ritual, where woven ribbons were gently tied around their hands as their celebrant spoke of unity, strength, and eternal love. Each knot symbolized a promise, creating a powerful and emotional start to their married life.
Vibrant Details & Soulful Music
Surrounded by vibrant sunflowers, their chosen flower of joy and brightness, the ceremony was set to the warm, soulful tones of Spanish guitarist Pablo Imaz, adding local flavor to the moment. The floral arrangements by Vidiella Flors reflected the couple’s vibrant energy and the golden warmth of the setting.
A Relaxed Celebration Under the Stars
Following the ceremony, guests gathered for a relaxed garden dinner catered by Bruno Bonnier, then danced under the stars in true Mediterranean style. The evening was filled with laughter, toasts, and meaningful connection—a joyful atmosphere captured beautifully by Estefania at Antibisual, whose photography together with the videography from Puntoycoma films, brought every emotion to life.
Michaella & Amelia’s wedding was a tribute to love, family, and meaningful traditions, set in the serenity of coastal Catalonia—a day to remember forever.
