PearlSandals emerges from Petra’s desire to make others happy and share the incredible landscapes and venues of Catalonia.

At her own wedding, Petra wore a flower crown and danced the night away under the stars in her grandmother’s garden, wearing pearl sandals. This is very much an element that epitomises the spirit of how the company works – sincere, stylish and trustworthy.

PearlSandals is dedicated to creating special moments in Barcelona, Catalonia and the Balearic Islands for international couples. The team speaks a plethora of languages such as; English, Spanish, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Catalan and Italian, which makes us able to work with people from all over the world.

A true globetrotter, polyglot, and people person, Petra's infectious optimism shines through in every aspect of her work. With a degree in English and Religions of the World, and years of experience as Head of Studies, Petra brings a wealth of knowledge and organizational skills to PearlSandals. Environmentally conscious and a master multi-tasker! President of Catalunya's fan club - naturally.
SARA

Wedding & Events Planner
A storyteller at heart with a sharp eye for beauty, Sara began her journey with PearlSandals as a wedding photographer. Her calm presence and organizational skills quickly made her indispensable. With a background in Human Rights and Documentary Photography, she lived in Central America before making Barcelona home in 2003. A global soul who brings empathy, creativity, and structure to every event. Outdoorsy, grounded, and endlessly curious. Speaks Swedish, Spanish, and English.
ROSANNA

Corporate Event Manager & Marketing
A seasoned tourism professional, Rosanna brings extraordinary attention to detail and top-tier organizational skills. She has a strong interest in tourism sustainability and is especially passionate about organizing events and activities centred around gastronomy. Fascinated with world cultures, particularly their food and beverage traditions. Speaks Scandinavian, English, Spanish and learning Catalan.
JORDI

Office Manager &Event Planner
Jordi is the backbone of the PearlSandals team, providing essential office management and support. A true problem-solver and "wizard" with paperwork, he ensures everything runs smoothly. With a BA in Clinical Psychology and extensive experience in documentary IT project management, Jordi brings a diverse skillset to the team. Beyond office management, Jordi also expertly manages wedding budgets with couples and oversees the company's finances. He speaks English, Catalan, and Spanish, and has a basic knowledge of other languages.

Office & Events Administration
Energetic, action-driven, and naturally extroverted, Anna thrives in dynamic environments. With a background in talent acquisition and team leadership, she excels at putting people at the heart of every event. A natural problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, Anna ensures seamless and meaningful experiences. Passionate about open-water sports, gastronomy, and the art of enjoying life, she brings both precision and joy to every event she plans. Speaks Spanish, Catalan, English and French.
