A Three-Day Indian Wedding Celebration by the Mediterranean

Blending Indian and Taiwanese roots, Meghana and Phil brought their loved ones from around the world to celebrate their union under the Spanish sun. Based in California, the couple chose Barcelona for its natural beauty, relaxed atmosphere, and the opportunity to host a vibrant three-day wedding filled with cultural rituals, family, and joy.

From Henna to Haldi — Festivities at Almiral de la Font

The celebration began at Almiral de la Font, their home for the week. The first day featured a serene Bridal Mehndi session by Henna by Pat, followed by an intimate rehearsal dinner overlooking the sea at PicNic Sitges.

Day two burst into color with a joyful Haldi ceremony and an energetic Sangeet night. The venue bloomed under floral décor by Elisa Bertran, while guests enjoyed a mix of Indian and Mediterranean flavors from Chapman Catering and Mas Vell. Music by DJ Ash and support from MediaJockey kept the energy high, while Israel de Lago captured every smile and dance move.

A Grand Hindu Ceremony at Masia Casa del Mar

The final day took place at the breathtaking Masia Casa del Mar, perched above the Mediterranean. The morning began with the Choora ceremony and a spirited baraat featuring dhol players and a vintage Rolls-Royce. Guided by Pandit Sadhya, the couple exchanged vows in a Hindu ceremony rich in tradition — from Jayamālā to Sapta-padī.

Elegant blooms by Elisa Bertran framed the rituals and dinner, while Eskisit Catering served a refined Mediterranean feast. Soundworks provided seamless production, DJ Ash kept the dance floor alive, and the bride’s radiant look was perfected by Nikoleta Makeup.
