Eva & Tyler

A vibrant wedding week of colour, music, and celebration

Spanish villa styling, disco nights, and a weekend among family

A Spanish Villa for a Week of Celebration

Eva and Tyler live in New York, and their families were travelling in from Poland and the US — so instead of planning a single wedding day, they built a weekend around it. Almiral de la Font became home base for four days, with 79 guests staying together on-site and in Sitges, and the celebrations spreading out from there: a welcome dinner, a villa party, a wedding day, and a pool party to close it out.

It started small, with a welcome dinner for close family at PicNic on the 22nd. The following evening, the wider group arrived for a welcome party back at the villa — grazing platters and paellas from Gillian Catering, drinks from Eskisit, and a Spanish guitarist playing as the sun went down.

Ceremony by Day, Disco by Night

Eva designed the wedding herself, down to the seating chart, the menu cards, and the signage at the bar. The scarves she gifted each guest — matching, in a warm orange — turned up throughout the day's photos, tying the whole thing together without anyone having to try too hard. The table setting followed the same instinct: specific chairs, a considered colour palette, nothing left to chance. Florals by Loving the Flowers filled in the rest.

Before the ceremony, Eva and Tyler took a few minutes for themselves — a first look and private vows on the terrace of their bedroom, with the villa's landscape behind them. Her cousin Matt officiated. Pianist Cris Rabell and saxophonist Gil Codina played through the ceremony, and MediaJockey took over for the aperitivo with the saxophone still going.

That's when the party started properly. The disco began with live sax over the DJ set, then shifted gears later in the night — lasers, a disco ball, and Eva and Tyler changing into outfits built for exactly that moment.

A Weekend That Kept Going

The next afternoon, the celebrations picked back up by the pool: pizza from Una Pizza, DJ Banzy, and fresh juices from Gillian. No formalities left, just the same group who'd been together for four days already, in swimsuits instead of suits.

By the time it wrapped, Eva and Tyler's guests had been through a welcome dinner, a villa celebration, a wedding day, and a pool party — four days that read more like a shared holiday than a single date on a calendar. The small things will likely be what people remember: the orange scarves waiting at every seat, the saxophone running through the whole day, the exact moment the lights changed and the party did too.
