In July 2021, we had the joy of kicking off the wedding season with Aylin & Theresa—our radiant German brides—who finally celebrated their long-awaited love surrounded by friends and family. Set in the rustic charm of Villa Can Duarry, just 20 minutes north of Barcelona, their wedding was the perfect blend of heartfelt moments, natural beauty, and carefree fun.

An Emotional Ceremony in the Spanish Countryside

After delays brought on by the pandemic, the couple's emotional ceremony was filled with raw, genuine moments. Against a backdrop of olive trees and sunshine, vows were exchanged and tears were shed. Aylin & Theresa each wore stunning embroidered dresses paired with adorable sandals, radiating elegance and authenticity.

Personal Touches and Playful Details

The day was filled with delightful personal touches—from the roses in bloom to the lovingly embroidered details on their outfits. During the after-wedding shoot, the brides slipped on custom-made matching denim jackets created by a close friend, adding a playful, rebellious twist to their romantic portraits.

Unforgettable Poolside Vibes

Of course, no summer wedding would be complete without a splash of fun. The villa’s pool was home to a quirky gang of inflatable animals, adding color and character to the celebration. With outstanding food from Bruno Bonnier and warm, candid photography by Mireia Navarro, Aylin & Theresa’s wedding was a true celebration of love, resilience, and togetherness.
