This wedding was truly something out of a storybook. With dramatic colors, wild floral arrangements, and a venue steeped in medieval history, Karolina & AJ’s celebration felt like a fairytale brought to life. Held in October 2021 at the breathtaking Castell de Santa Florentina, nestled in the Mediterranean hills, it offered the perfect blend of romance, mystery, and enchantment.

The castle itself—famous for its role in the Game of Thrones series—added a cinematic backdrop to an already unforgettable day. Inspired by fantasy worlds like The Lord of the Rings, the couple carefully curated every detail, from bold, jewel-toned flowers to custom geometric accents that ran through the decor, cake topper, and even the flower arch—built by the groom himself.

A Setting for Legends

Surrounded by ancient stone walls and dense forest, the venue oozed character and charm. The floral arrangements by Best Day Ever played into the lush, whimsical feel with moody tones and untamed elegance, creating a sense of stepping into another realm.

Romantic Touches & Personal Magic

From the moving ceremony led by Ulf Bernström to the dramatic castle interiors and candlelit dinner, every moment was steeped in emotion. The decor struck a perfect balance between medieval drama and personal storytelling—exactly what Karolina & AJ had envisioned.
