After a long wait, Hilde & Eric—our warm and wonderful Belgian couple—finally tied the knot in October 2021. Their celebration was nestled in the hills of Catalonia at the beautiful Masia Can Colomer, a traditional stone estate just an hour north of Barcelona. Surrounded by sweeping views, olive trees, and golden autumn light, it was a romantic and rustic wedding to remember.

The masia, with its timeless architecture and peaceful setting, was the perfect location for a day filled with genuine emotion and laughter. Family and friends gathered to witness a love story years in the making, set against the backdrop of the Catalan countryside.

A Thoughtful Belgian Tradition

One of the most touching moments of the day was the bouquet delivery, a Belgian wedding custom that stole everyone’s hearts. Just before the ceremony, Eric arrived to personally deliver the bouquet he had lovingly chosen for Hilde—a symbolic and intimate moment that added even more meaning to their union.

A Day of Emotion, Music, and Views

From the soulful guitar of Santiago de Cecilia to the relaxed elegance of the rustic setup, every detail reflected warmth and intention. Hilde looked radiant, and the couple’s joy was truly contagious.
